With more than 10 years at the firm, Chris leads Focus Advisors' growth and operations. As an M&A advisory investment bank that specializes in automotive collision repair, Focus Advisors has helped over 50 collision owners - primarily MSOs - sell their businesses during that time, including eight since merging with Veritas Advisors and industry veteran John Walcher in mid-2025.

Chris brings to Focus Advisors a technology-based vision, employing new capabilities like AI that enable the firm to provide the service depth and expertise attributed to much larger investment banks to its lower middle market clients. He instills the discipline and accountability of a decade in management at Intel Corp, plus a steady curiosity about new tools and best practices from years of consulting in technology and business improvement. He is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and holds a degree in Applied Math from Carnegie Mellon University; a degree known then as Computer Science until the university formally changed the name in acknowledgment that computers might someday become important.

John Walcher brings more than 30 years of M&A, corporate development and strategy experience to Focus Advisors, including more than 26 years in collision repair. He advises MSO owners and investors on M&A transactions, consolidation strategy and execution, capital raising and real estate. John founded Veritas Advisors in 2009 and led it as President until it merged with Focus Advisors in 2025. Earlier, he led M&A teams at Caliber Collision, DaVita and Tyco International, giving him a buyer's view of consolidation that few sell-side advisors can offer. Over his career, he has completed more than 100 transactions and advisory engagements for clients ranging from start-ups to private equity-backed consolidators, in the U.S., Canada and China. He began his career as an economist with a U.S. Department of Defense contractor. John holds a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from the University of California, and an M.Sc. in Finance from the London Business School.
